Must have 8-10 yrs of HR experience with 3-4 years in Management capacity.

Must have proven HR leadership experience.

Understand/analyze client’s requirements in different skill set categories & implement numerous Sourcing Strategies. Screen Profiles, Headhunt, use multiple Job portals, Articulate and Negotiate Job offers, Salary, Benefits, and Relocations etc.

 Responsible for handling a team of Regional and SBU HRs effectively.

Responsible for maintenance of HRIS and Zonal HR MIS.

Advanced knowledge of word processing and computation skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel).

Experience in the entire gamut of Human Resources, right from recruitment till exit. Excellent understanding of business as a whole and ability to integrate the HR function into the business needs. Sound knowledge of the statutory compliances. Having Payroll exprience is advantage.
