MUST have Degree/Diploma in HR Management (FULL-Time) from reputed B-School.
Must have 8-10 yrs of HR experience with 3-4 years in Management capacity.
Must have proven HR leadership experience.
MUST BE OPEN TO WORK IN NIGHT SHIFTS
Job Description
Sr. HR Manager will be responsible for following but not limited to ;
To provide HR services & practicable HR advice to the business process.
Monitor and suggest effective strategies to manage at the earliest stage possible any employee relations issues.
Advise management on pertinent legislation and ensure compliance. To develop the skills, capabilities & knowledge of subordinates.
To ensure all HR activities/processes are consistent & fully documented.
To work with the management team to maintain succession & resourcing plans to meet future business needs.
Ensure Associate appraisals & development plans are in place for every Associate and liaise with the training managers to ensure appropriate training is delivered in line with them.
To facilitate the performance management process from appraisal to performance improvement.
To deliver the highest quality induction and orientation programs for new Associates.
To ensure all associate data is up to date and maintained within the prescribed systems.
Ensure all changes are documented properly and the correct policies/procedures are followed.
To identify attrition risks and development retention strategies
Provide reports and analysis as required.
Ensure Group/local initiatives are implemented in a timely fashion
